This is one of my favorite websites. Great for inspiration, ideas, how-to, project direction and just plain fun! There's every craft you can imagine. You can even submit your own. Although the owner is very picky about pictures. Hard to please her, so I quit submitting. :(

New Felted Purse in the Air

I got some awesome wool yarn that is super soft from my Mom. I'm going to make a felted bag I've wanted to try forever. I've never felted, so this will be fun! It's like a medium sized Messenger Bag. Very cute!! It's a free pattern so I'll post it when I'm done along with some pics. Hope you will all love it!

Cut Away T-Shirts

Cut Away T-shirts

• What I did for this is print out a picture from online of a playboy bunny. (use any image)
•  Pin it to the shirt where you want it. 
• You then pin a piece of felt under the shirt in the area you put the part to cut out. 
• Then you sew though the paper, shirt and felt with a sewing machine or by hand. 
• Use short straight stitches. 
• When done sewing, tear away the paper.
• Then cut out the part of the t-shirt that is in the middle of the pattern.

Hook size: I

Worsted Weight Yarn 

Pattern:

Ch 30

HDC in each stitch around. Keep working in the round until desired depth of bag. 

Bind off. 

Sew  on handle
