Beautiful Crochet Bag:



What you need

½" Skein Worsted Weight Yarn (Such as Red Heart)
G, H & N Hooks
Yarn Needle
Button or other closure (Button I got was from Walmart)

Instructions

Bag:
With H Hook, Ch 26
Round 1: HDC in each st, DO NOT TURN
Rounds 2-16: Repeat Round 1
Round 17: sc in each st, fasten off and weave in ends.
Strap:
With N Hook, Ch 30 (Strap will stretch longer)
Row 1: DC in each ch across
Fasten off and sew to inside of bag at outside edges.
Button:
Sew button on middle of bag above pocket.
Ch 10-20 depending how much of the bag you’ll want to be open when it is closed. Do a slip stitch in 1st ch to make a loop. Sew to center of bag on opposite side of button.
Pocket:
With G Hook, Ch 20
Row 1: HDC in each st, ch 1, turn.
Rows 2-11: Repeat Row 1
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Sew pocket onto purse leaving enough room for your closure. Remember to not sew the top shut.

Hook size: I
Worsted Weight Yarn 

Pattern:

Ch 30
HDC in each stitch around. Keep working in the round until desired depth of bag. 
Bind off. 
Sew  on handle



Rainbow Dreams Purse


Yarn used was Red Heart but any acrylic will do.
Size H hook
Yarn Needle
Closure of some type
Pattern:

Chain 35
Row 1: Hdc in 2nd ch from hook & in each across. DO NOT TURN!
Round 1-30: Hdc in each sc around for 30 rounds.
Fasten off and weave in ends.

Handle: Chain as many as you want for length. Turn around and HDC in each chain.

Sew purse up like the Aspen Purse on this blog leaving a fold over flap. Sew on handles on the inside of flaps.

Materials:
Size F Crochet Hook
Acrylic Yarn (Less than half a skein)
Yarn Needle
Scissors
Pattern:
Bag:
Ch 12
Rows 1-27: Hdc in each ch, ch 1, Turn.
Row 28: 1 dc, *ch 1, 1 dc in 2nd Ch from hook*, repeat from * to end of row.
Rows 29-36: Hdc in each ch, ch 1, Turn.
Row 37: 3 dc in 1st ch from hook, sc in next, repeat to end of row. (Shell Stitch).
Round 1: sc in each st evenly. 3 sc in each corner stitch. Work around 3 sides. (Do not do this to Row 37, the one with the shell stitch).
Fasten Off.
Weave in ends.
Sew sides together with yarn needle or with single crochet leaving top open by the shell stitch.
Handle:
Ch 35
Row 1: Hdc in each ch, ch 1, Turn.
Row 2: Sc in each hdc around entire handle.
Fasten Off.
Weave in ends.
Sew onto the top corner of the bag or across as a handle like a purse.
Put your phone in and enjoy!



Aspen Purse

Materials:
- Red Heart Aspen Print Yarn or any worsted weight yarn
- Size H Hook
- Yarn Needle
- Closure (Clasp, Hook, Snap, Velcro, etc)
Pattern:
Bag:
Ch 30
Row 1: Hdc in 2nd ch from hook in each stitch across. DO NOT TURN!
Round 1-30: Hdc in each sc around for 30 rounds.
Fasten off and weave in ends.

Closing Tab:
Ch 5
Row 1: Sc in each sc across, Ch 1, turn
Row 2-6: Repeat Row 1. Total of 6 Rows.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Using yarn needle, sew tab onto bag halfway between ends. (See Illustration 1)
Sew on Clasp, Hook, Snap, Velcro or any kind of closure you’d like.

Tab Closure Placement 1
Handles:
Ch 60
Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook & in each st across. DO NOT TURN!

Round 2: Ch 1, slip st in each st & row-end st around.
Join with a slip stitch in first slip stitch.
Fasten off and weave in ends.

Sew handles with yarn at equals distances from ends of purse.
